Haaland’s Premier League tally, which includes four hat-tricks, is a league record for a single season, breaking the previous mark held jointly by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole. The 22-year-old has so far scored 36 Premier League for Manchester City.

With three matches left of the season, Haaland will no doubt be hoping that he can smash the 40-mark before the end of the Premier League campaign.
